1. Zero-tolerance standard
PADDOCK prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). A child is anyone under 18. This prohibition applies to every account, run, comment, message, profile, image, video, link, and other use of PADDOCK, even though PADDOCK is intended for adults.
Prohibited conduct and content include:
- creating, uploading, requesting, storing, sharing, linking to, or distributing CSAM, including generated or manipulated depictions;
- grooming a child or arranging sexual contact with a child;
- sexualizing a child or soliciting sexual content from a child;
- sextortion, threats, or blackmail involving a child or alleged intimate material;
- advertising, facilitating, or soliciting the trafficking or sexual exploitation of a child; and
- helping another person evade detection or enforcement for any of these activities.
These standards supplement PADDOCK's Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account restriction, account termination, and reports to the appropriate authorities.
2. Report a concern
In the PADDOCK Android app or website, open the relevant driver, car, run, comment, or message, choose Report, and select Child safety or sexual exploitation. This in-app control sends the content reference and the context you provide to PADDOCK's moderation queue without requiring you to leave PADDOCK.
Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM to document a report. Provide only the non-graphic context needed to locate and assess the content. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first; PADDOCK is not an emergency service.
3. How PADDOCK responds
PADDOCK prioritizes child-safety reports for urgent review. When PADDOCK obtains actual knowledge of content or conduct that violates these standards, PADDOCK takes appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. Actions may include restricting access to or removing content, limiting or terminating accounts, preserving only the evidence legally necessary for review or reporting, and preventing repeat abuse.
PADDOCK reports confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the applicable regional authority when required, and responds to valid legal requests. PADDOCK does not provide reported material back to reporters or disclose sensitive enforcement details that could endanger a child or an investigation.
4. Scope, compliance, and contact
These standards apply globally to PADDOCK's Android app, website, and related services. PADDOCK maintains a child-safety point of contact who is positioned to receive Google Play notifications, explain PADDOCK's review and enforcement procedures, and coordinate required action. Google Play and authorized authorities should use the designated contact recorded in Play Console or the applicable legal-request channel.
PADDOCK reviews these standards and its response process as the service, applicable law, and child-safety guidance change. The current version remains available at this public URL without requiring an account.
